Transaction Coordinator

Compensation$36,000 to $60,000 AnnuallyPhoenix Home Buyers Group  – is a highly successful real estate investment firm– who is looking for a full time TRANSACTION COORDINATOR.


  • Handles processing of all contracts from signing through closing
  • Coordinates earnest money deposits, home inspections, and other functions critical to the real estate closing
  • Keeps the entire team updated on the progress of all contracts.
  • Assists with client and vendor communications
  • Delivers fiduciary services to clients from contract to close.
  • Assists with sales & administrative duties, to include copying, updating CRM and sending and receiving faxes and emails as needed.
  • Ability to work remotely as we have a virtual office
  • Manage all contract paperwork, compliance requirements, and transaction coordination.
  • Paperwork management may include preparing offers, counters, & addendums.
  • Responsible for reading all contracts, understanding and managing all provisions and contractual obligations, obtaining all trailing paperwork, inspection reports, receipts and bills for transaction.
  • Coordinator to reach out to clients weekly to ensure all needs are met and call all lenders to ensure file is on track for closing.
  • Client interaction and customer service will be a critical part of the role and will be monitored and reviewed regularly.
  • Moves quickly and understands technology’s place in the business
  • Written and oral communication fluency required. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Knowledge and experience in real estate and B2C sales (Real estate industry experience
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and self-starting approach

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience handling Real Estate transactions, mortgage processing, lending and escrow from start to close
  • OR or WA Real Estate license, escrow experience, or mortgage experience is a PLUS
  • Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic and self-starting approach
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and be able to handle last minute tasks
